I received a gorgeous bouquet of flowers for my Birthday (2/1). They are still fresh and beautiful 10 days later. Everyone who has seen them has commented on how beautiful they are and cannot believe how they have lasted so long. I could not be happier. I recommend this shop to anyone interested in a floral bouquet.
We have used this shop a couple of times to send flowers. The staff have always been very helpful and friendly We live in the UK they have even gone out of there way to delivered the flowers .The flowers have always been beautifully arranged
Our family is so thankful for the beautiful flowers they arranged for my dads celebration of life. The staff helped so much as we had no idea what to do. So many compliments and the colors were absolutely perfect! Also, my husband sent me flowers for our anniversary and they actually thought to put flowers on the backside of the arrangement so as they sat on my desk, they looked gorgeous from both sides.

Horrable experience! They were the reason I ended up stressing and having many troubles day before wedding and on wedding day! I started working with them and planning for 5 months prior to wedding. I checked in with them frequently to make sure they had everything in order and to ask questions and remind them about dates and pick ups, ect. During this time for the most part they seemed OK because we were only in planning stage. But the lady helping me would forget certain things or not be able to do simple things like keep track of my payments or calculate money and I'd have to help her. Week of my wedding things seemed to be on track but day before wedding I had a tight schedule because I only had room to decorate between certain hours with help as well. They assured me I'd have my flowers by a certain time and like I said planned this for 5 months prior to wedding. That morning I called and they told me delivery truck was running late and hadn't even left phoenix yet. I did not get my flowers until later in the day and only had an hour in a half to decorate the entire reception hall and outside ceremony area instead of having full day to decorate and get ready!!!!!!! On top of that I was missing flowers and recieved wrong color in one type of flower. Some of the flowers also looked a little aged and nit fresh! Not what I wanted for my wedding or what I expected for price I paid!This snow balled and for the rest of that day into wedding day it threw off everything and caused myself and bridesmaids so much stress!!!! I'm so upset about this and will never use them or recommend them again!!!!!!!!!! Very unhappy with service and the way things were done!!!!!!!
