Our family has used Ruffner-Wakelin Funeral Home for many years. Both of our Grandparents were served by this home as well as our mother and most recently our father. We were treated with kindness and professionalism by the staff and specifically Mr. Ken Frederick. Though we do not live in Prescott, I would not hesitate to recommend this home to those searching for help for services for a loved one in and around the Prescott area.

My whole experience with Ruffner-Wakelin Funeral Home was comforting. First, the appointment was made immediately, with no waiting a day or two. At such a difficult time, I felt that waiting would have made it harder for me. In the funeral planning, every effort was made to accommodate my wishes as well as the intended wishes of my family members who weren't present. And Ken was so careful in presenting choices which were not all highest price options. Everything went so smoothly and I was able to review and revise any changes to the program, which Ken sent me on my e-mail. I can't say more about this place, except thank you.

Kelly was fabulous and the entire staff was nothing but supportive. Kindness and thoughtful caring was always present, flexibility and response to personal needs we had were met without question or hesitation.
