Checked the store out after gassing up at Costco. VERY NICE! Lots of beautiful stuff. My wife felt like they did a good job finding quality and interesting stuff. Prices seemed fair! I like doing business with mom and pop shops. Didn't but anything yet. Still getting our bearings from our recent move. We will be back!
If we could give Joe's Furniture a 10 star rating we would. My wife and I recently purchased a custom made couch and love seat from Joe's. There was a problem with the units. Dawn, Joe's daughter, listened to our complaint and consulted with the manufacturer on what to do about the problem. After the manufacturer refused to do anything about the problem Dawn resolved the problem in-house to our complete satisfaction. She personifies the meaning of Customer Service that is the hallmark of Joe's Furniture. If you need any furniture item visit Joe's and experience what we did.
It has lots of beautiful furniture. They are pricey. The one thing that ruined it for me is I purchased a set of night stands. Unfortunately they didnt fit the space where we the bed sits. They wouldn't take it back even though we ordered the smaller size. We spent over $16k with them and the manager wouldn't give us a break on those 2 items. Very bad service when a customer spends a lot at your store
Great furniture store. Always willing to work with us on price and they have a great selection - including catalogs and a website with thousands of more items than what's in the showroom and can be ordered.
Beautiful high quality furniture. Paul the sales associate was a great help courteous attentive but let me look uninterrupted Great prices. I loved it.
