It was okay. Don't expect great service or great food. The food was acceptable and the service was typical for this place. Seems the servers don't actually want to be there. They enjoy chit chat with people that stop in to flirt with them and have time to check their phones but they don't pay much attention to their tables and you nearly have to block the isle to get a refill. But they are open late, the music is good, the atmosphere is good for hanging out with friends so I learned to deal with the lower food and service quality.... Occasionally.
Well the food is not bad, unless you get delivery. And I gave it 3 chances but each time it's worse. The child Dakota that takes the order has no idea what she's doing or what the menu is. She's also afraid of people, when I called to let them know my order was messed up she said hold on please and hung up the phone. When I called back she at least listened to what was wrong and said the item that I ordered wasn't served there. But it is a regular item we've had there before. I said it is and she hung up on me again. When I called back the 3rd time she said she hung up because I yelled at her.....I didn't yell there were several people in the room listening. So then she said hold on I'll get the manager, who also told me they don't serve the baked Reuben sub. I corrected her and she apparently looked at the menu to see they do serve that. She apologized and corrected the mistake for us, but I seriously doubt I'll ever eat there again. If your out for some comfort food outside your healthier diet I suggest finding something thats comforting.....not upsetting.
Food was good and the atmosphere was great. Very nice design of the restaurant for a sports bar. Lots of different areas and a bunch of screens. The server was attentive and nice, but it seemed like it took forever for our food to get to us, considering it was not crowded on a Saturday lunch shift. But I'd go back for the wings and sandwiches. Good stuff.
I talked to the new manager when he started. I was assured the really poor service was a thing of the past. Well now a few months later its worse than ever before. Food is average. Pizza is very good. Service still sucks unless the place is almost empty. My family says don't bother going there. I like the cold beer and pizza but definitely would go elsewhere if there were alternatives in Prescott Valley. I find it strange that the only way to contact their head office or company management is through social media. I guess nobody at corporate cares
Came here with a friend to try something new that was low to medium on the price range. The food was good and service was fast. Place is a little dated and it is friendly for smokers. Overall its a great place to watch a game over traditional food and beer.
