If there were more stars a possible I would give them more. I go to the movies more often than most people, it is a hobby. I love Cinema. The staff is crazy nice and very attentive. I love their new Rewards program, it helps give back to the loyal customers like me that use it as a hobby.
Pretty happy with this theater. Never had any problems. It is clean when we have gone. The loyalty plan is great for a discount at the snack bar. There is always a good selection of the latest movies. The temperature control is just right. Good job!
As theaters go, this is pretty typical , but very nice. They are clean and orderly. They offer veteran, senior, and children under 12 discounts. They are seldom crowded and very accommodating. You can get a free refill on popcorn with the larger sizes. This makes it more economical. I have had no difficulty obtaining a good seat. The matinee showings are a good bargain. They stagger their show times very nicely with multiple screens available. It's in a good location so you have plenty of options in the vicinity. I've had many good experiences there.
Big enough to have all the latest movies. Good snack bar, engaged staff. Not usually crowded, although Ive never been there on a Friday night. This theater has a really nice gaming area.A noticeable lack of reclining seats and reserved seating as all of the updated cinemas have now, hence the lack of a fifth star. Make use of the rewards card as it seems a really good deal for frequent movie goers. Since my last review, I have had the opportunity to engage customer service. Instant response to my email on a Sunday. Fast, amazingly fast solution to my problem. I have given the fifth star for amazingly good customer service.Theres lots to do outside on the mall when waiting for a movie to begin.
Vet discount is nice at an establishment such as this. I give it 3 stars due to the fact the audio quality is a 7/10, and the food is outrageous. In Prescott if you go to the one in Frontier Village you get reclining leather seats, beer and wine, and the food is very decently priced. The sound quality there is also much better. Not to mentioned you can purchase online ahead of time and get the seat you want!
