Honestly this is a pathetic excuse for a parking solution. It smells of dirty diapers, and serves as the hookup location for the towns local youth. The herion addicts use this as a place to shoot there drugs and pet each other. Also, the elevator tends to have an unnatural amount of semen on the buttons. It has besmirched the name of Prescott, Arizona and continues to ruin the lives of many high class individuals such as myself.
