Love this area. Off track betting is off and running. This place needs to have horse shows. Like West World. So much potential. Cleaned up and constantly making more progress.
This park has tons of potential, it's quiet, peaceful. The staff are very nice. They have little amenities, but near Jerome and Sedona. Is also very near Prescott Valley and Prescott. We stayed three months because price was very good. Some of the neighbors are weird, just keep to yourself, pets are welcome!
This place was wonderful! We had problem with our coach not starting the morning of our departure and the staff was extremely accomodating. They did not charge us for the 3 hours late departure. And the park is lovely with privacy fences and immaculate facilities. Thank you Fairgrounds RV Park!
Look, this place is only a little better than you would expect from an overnight Wal Mart parking lot stay. It has very little(no showers or even a bathroom) to zero amenities. Park staff are lower level and dont even have to answer calls. Seriously if you ever thought of an opportunity in the RV Park industry, this place would be an easy kill as competition. Only reason they still exist is because of the low offerings in this market..... Keep looking
Very nice RV park.very friendly. Large spaces with patio and private fence. Could use a dog park, many RVers have pets.
