This mall is dead and no one told it. Outside stores are nice but I have never visited a mall that has so much potential but more empty spaces. I do hope this gets better soon.
It is a nice place to walk around, there are some good restaurants in the immediate vicinity, and inside the mall they have a decent food court. the mall has a good parking and is very spacious on the inside. However, the mall is slowly dying. there are a lot of empty storefronts, and most of the store are not interesting enough to justify going to a mall when you could just order clothes and games online for much better prices. Also, rumor has it that business wise; the cost of setting up shop may be inflated and not worth the investment.
My son and I went here to see the Memorial for the 19 Yarnell Hotshots. My family and I were very close to Grant McKeeUnfortunately it closed at 4pm. But we'll be making another trip up to honor him and the rest of the squad. Thank you Prescott Gateway Mall for putting this tribute together. It means so much and gives the people who love these men a place to honor their memories
Went to Texas Roadhouse. We were very pleased with the service as well as the quality of the meal.The staff was very polite and took very good care of us.The atmosphere is country, a little loud so not a place for a quiet meal or a business meeting. You can usually hear the people at your table talk to but it took raising our voise to be herd. It wasn't a problem for us, but something to be aware of. The mall its self is a medium / small home town type mall it does have many of the anchor stores you might see at any other mall and plenty smaller specialty stores. Its big enough to attract the stores you want but small enough that you don't feel like you have to run a marathon to get to where you want to go. I like it. I just wish it was closer to town, if it was I would go there more often. There are just many closer options.
This is the quietest mall I've ever visited. Sometimes it seems like a ghost town. Yet, I visit specific stores and appreciate the ability to have group gatherings in the food court. Sears, Payless, and Wildflower make it worth the trip.
