Extremely knowledgeable about their products and just a pure joy to work with. I ordered a hot tub in February. Our home wouldn't be finished until May or June. They were in contact with me in Michigan throughout and scheduled and rescheduled and rescheduled with no problem. Day of installation they called and were actually early, explained things clearly and were on their way. I actually called back and asked if the hot tub could be reversed and they were there the next day and turned it around. Always with a smile on their face.
