As a potential customer, I can only 'rate' the owner's replies or comments in the 'reviews' (which I read while 'shopping' for this service). It was shocking for a self-proclaimed "professional business owner" to publicly post remarks like these. Regardless of provocation, this owner's derogatory remarks about 'drug use' and the personal socio-economic status of a 'family' attacks the entire family not just the former driver. Certainly professionalism seems lacking on both sides.Hope you both find positive resolutions.
Very fast service where luckily not much of a wait time. I have been lucky enough to get the same person often. Ty he is very efficient and very friendly
Always on time for scheduled pick ups, always quick for call ins, always super friendly. No matter what driver you get they are gaurenteed to be friendly and professional, but Alyssa is my personal fave!
I called them for a ride and they told me 25 minutes, after 45 minutes I called and was told the manager would call me. She told me she would check on the drivers location and call me back. 10 minutes went by and she didnt call back, so i called her and there was no answer. I called the dispatch again and there was no answer. I am now an hour late and waiting for a ride.
Hurry Cab is awesome!! The owners are very nice and genuine people. I love the cars, they are nice and newer vehicles. They are on time to pick me up when I need a ride. Thank you guys for the awesome service!
