This place is amazing! Monica is the light of the office, she is so kind and always so helpful. Her smile brings new life into the front, you just feel so welcomed. Dr. Coston is so sweet and just a great doctor. I would give this office 10 stars if I could. Don't ever lose those 2 ladies!!

This office is truly amazing, my furry kids love it here. Every staff member is so kind and caring. I know when my wife and I are back home I can count on VCA to be there for us and our pups. I do miss the girl who use to work up front with the bright red hair and bright smile , what happened to her? Her smile made you feel so welcomed and just made that office shine. Thank you VCA for always treating our pups like they family too.
I could not be more satisfied with the care my dogs have been given since bringing them to the Thumb Butte Animal Hospital. Dr Coston is fantastic! Kind and knowledgeable, explaining things in a way that is easy to understand, she is what you would hope your own physician would be like. The place is run very professionally. The vet techs and front office do their job very well with a smile on their face. If I had 4 hands they would get 4 thumbs up!
