Dennis Burks is the best agent I have had in the 60 years I have been buying insurance. I have been with several companies and agents. Many were good but none were as responsive or helpful as Dennis. The first thing Dennis did when he accepted me as a client, was review my policies and suggested some changes that saved me money and improved my coverage. He has always responded quickly and appropriately to all my questions. He is the most available agent I have had. His office staff is also very friendly and competent. A great agency to do business with.
Very friendly and good service and great car insurance
Dennis Burks at State Farm went out of his way to help me get last minute insurance coverage quickly. I bought a trailer and wanted to make sure it was covered when it was transported to my home. He helped me after hours and on the weekend to make sure it was insured while it was being transported. I have always found him to be honest and very responsible. My wife recently was in a car accident. We had no problems in getting our car fixed and things went amazingly smooth and quickly. I couldnt imagine a better experience than we had with Dennis Burks at State Farm I give him my highest recommendation. I have also always found his staff to be very competent and to have excellent customer service skills! I would recommend them to anyone!
Dennis was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had just moved into the state and he took care of everything. We were building a house for the first time and Dennis took the time to offer advice.
