I normally don't write reviews, but I think this agency deserves it. I am new to Prescott, AZ and needed to get car insurance. I was greeted right away by the front desk and was given an approx. time of when I would be assisted. Not less than 5min later Jeff Gest (agent) invited me into his office and we got to know each other. I felt like he had my best interest in mind and I left very happy and even saved a few dollars from my previous insurance provider. Like I said, I don't write reviews, in fact this is my first one I've ever done but I give him 5 stars and my highest recommendation.
