My fianc totally designed my gorgeous, one-of-a-kind (literally) engagement ring with the help of the lovely staff at Artful Eye. Its absolutely stunning and unlike anything Ive ever (or anyone else for that matter) seen. He proposed to me while we were going up a roller coaster seriously. He told me that life is like a roller coaster and that he wants to ride it with his best friend forever then he asked me to marry him!!! I said yes!!! of course and as we went down the long drop of the coaster, we smiled and I flashed my huge rock (shout out, Artful Eye!!!) for our first official engagement photo! I get compliments on my ring all the time at how sparkly it is, how unique, and how stunning and I love every second of it ;) I live in California and my fianc lives in Arizona. So when I went to visit, we stopped by the shop to have my ring re-sized (he didnt listen to the staff and got a bigger size in this case, the customer is not always right haha). Each staff member came over to personally congratulate us and to hear our story they were all so friendly (like genuinely sincere in their approach) and so welcoming and so professional. Our experience with Artful Eye was flawless (like their diamonds) and I look forward to a continued relationship with them. And they even had a bowl of Herseys Kisses out on the counter now thats just the icing on the cake ;)
Artful Eye has the best quality, beauty and uniquness of designs that I have ever seen. Artful Eye is THE jeweler I go to whenever I need corrections or additions done to my jewelry. Because of my experiences, I never go anywhere else for my jewelry needs. The staff is the best and are always wanting to make the customer VERY happy. I can say from personal experiences that the staff has made me very happy with their performance and service; and with that kind of track record I will not go any where else! I recommend Artful Eye to my family and friends even if they are not inquiring about a jewelry need. No one comes close to Artful Eye.

Without a doubt one of Prescott's "hidden jewels" (no pun intented!) My wife's late mother loved the store and it's staff. I think now when my wife goes in there, the charm and decor of this cool little store brings back some great memories for all of us! And as an added bonus, if it comes from the Artful Eye, it is well received before the wrapper comes off! The new custom beads have been a great hit with her Pandora collection!
Earlier this year, my fiancee and I were engaged to be married in May 2012. We purchased a ring at one of the large warehouse stores. The ring we purchased could not be sized by anyone in town so we sent it back for a complete refund. My fiancee received a recommendation to the Artful Eye from a bridal store in Prescott, so she went over and was immediatly impressed with not only what she saw in terms of engagement rings, but also the expertise and environment that was present in the store. We purchased the most gorgeous wedding ring that was designed by Sherri. We are both so pleased with the ring and my wife receives many complements from it often by clients and other people who see it. Since then we have been back to do resizing of other jewelry and in the process of other purchases from the store.
