I would not recommend Cliff at all. He didn't seem like he was really interested in helping me, and I had to correct him a couple times in court on information about myself.
A public defender who doesn't seem to understand how to actually defend someone, nor care. Called his office 4 times to give him factual information with documents, to help a case assigned to him. Never got a call back. Only got a rude receptionist at his office who was combative with me for no reason. Disgrace to the judicial system
