He is an instructor for my real estate school and teaches classes about both those subjects as well as contract law and various others. Mr. O'Leary is well known in the community. He may be a good lawyer in a courtroom. We don't know. We used him for drawing up a document and reaching out to another client. We were honestly quite appalled with the pricing. I would not hire him again. I felt that his prices were outrageous.
