My husband and I purchased a home listed by this company on 12/22/2017.In the listing it stated "granite counters", this was one of the features that I wanted in my new home. When I was "showing off" my granite counters to some friends I was corrected by two of them , that my counters were NOT granite. I was embarrassed ans angry. I contacted the listing agent and was told that I was being "petty", that it doesn't matter what the counters are made of. I then went down and filed a small claims suit to try to recoup some of the cost of replacing the counters. A few days later I got a call from the Broker for this company. He proceeded to accuse me of setting up a scheme of purchasing the home knowing that the counters were not granite. he also threatened that I would have to pay his lawyer to defend his case because he always wins these cases. Apparently Realtors are allowed to LIE, MISLEAD, SAY or pretty much do anything they want to sell a house. I encourage everyone to AVOID this company. They are bullies and liars.
