Lorinda was great! Since we were purchasing a home out of state we needed help from someone closer to the property and Lorinda was there every step of the way to assist us with whatever we needed. She kept us informed at all times and even better yet answered her phone when we called her. One more thing, Lorinda helped us after our purchase was completed by picking up packages, collecting mail until it could be transferred, and recommending services to maintain our new home. Prescott realty really helped my husband and I who moved from Southern California this past summer. We had been looking at homes for about a year, when our agent who knew our taste and desires found this home for us. It was meant to be, the whole story would take to long to type. Nonetheless, our agent never pressured us into something we did not want, and was very honest about the pros and cons of every other home we saw. The website is extremely NOT user friendly. How about a simple search for the properties you have on the market??? I've seen a property at Talking Rock, just wanted to know what the listed price was. Obviously not listed on MLS so I went to the Prescott Realty website. Nothing helpful there. I do not want or need a realtor at this point. Just want to kow what properties are available and at what price.Put a property search on your exclusive properties.
