Went in with a seriously low tire. I was greeted and treated with dignity, respect and in a friendly manner (as were all other customers). Tire repaired promptly, and with no charge or attempt to upsell me. Very impressive. I will go back there for my next set of tires.
Drove up from Phoenix and stopped when I did noticed my tire was low. Found the nearest Discount Tires and they quickly replaced my tire. You guys were great
Like everyone else I thought Discount tire Prescott was the bomb.. as it used to be.Bought many tires there in the past.After my experience there yesterday I have lost some faith.They screwed up my perfectly good 3 yr old TPMS by rebuilding them for no good reason.(You can opt out of this they told me later)Then tried to argue and BS me about it.These guys are in WAY too big of a rush (for tires?)and are making too many mistakes. Zach runs a slave shop and has no people skills.Andy is helpful just to get you out the door.Not what it used to be.
Discount tire has the best customer service no matter what service center that I have been to this far. Also best tire prices bar none they met and beat by a mile a competitor's prices so they have my business. Keep up the good work and you'll corner the market. They had me me in and out within an hour and they were busy.
Recently purchased new wheels and tires from Discount Tire, Prescott. Used their website to select the right wheel for my Tahoe, went in ordered and installed in just a few days. I had issues with the manufacturers quality assurance, but nothing but favorable responses from the Discount Tire team.
