They were busy because they had one debit machine but all of the workers were making it work.
I have been going to this smoke shop for YEARS and the staff is always efficient and friendly...HOWEVER, today I called asking about returning a zippo I purchased one week ago..the response on the other end was BEYOND RUDE!! I quote, "Geez! I just finished my inventory, you should be more careful with what you buy"...I explained to this lady that I purchased as a gift, but what I bought wasn't what the other person was looking for...she responds with, "well you should write down what they want".. I then asked her, "are you always this rude?"..she responded with, "I'm the owner"...I then told her how I have spent literally thousands of dollars in her store and drive 30miles one way..she responded with, "that's not my problem"....WHOA!!!!! Never in my life (i'm pushing 50) have I been treated with such disrepect when I called with an extremely simple question...can I return the lighter (unopened with receipt) or not...I will NEVER shop here again!!!!
