The staff is terrible. Theres a young lady who works there who is just down right rude everytime i walk in (when shes there).
I personally go here and I love the environment like your welcomed I definitely will stay in this gym
price is great for what you get. the area is really nice and the staff are too, when they are there. the only thing is that no one ever seems to be there to answer phone calls when needed. tried for an hour and no answer. then another time and the same. (even though it was during "staffed hours") finally, they do make it hard for you to cancel if you are not there anymore. for a business to function well, you need both the right product(equipment) and customer service.
