Hubby and I recently moved to this part of town so we went scouting the area for a new workout place. We met with Justin, the manager, and were totally impressed with his enthusiasm and sincerity. But we wanted to check out other places as well. One place we checked out was full of tension - I'm going to guess that the two young ladies behind the front desk were in the middle of cat fight when we came in. Not a good impression at all.When I returned to sign up, Justin remembered who I was and greeted me with a warm smile and a high five. Wow. The only other one who has ever greeted me with such enthusiasm was my beloved dog, Daisy.Truly, it is the people that make a place and Justin is a huge reason why we joined. When you're coming in solely because you have. to.get.the.workout. DONE! you don't want a sourpuss behind the counter. This location could use a facelift -it's showing it's age - but it is clean and the young man cleaning was also friendly and helpful. I will update my review after I take in a few of the Zumba classes.

Great gym! Lots of equipment and it's always clean. The trainers are great - recommend Tina. She's been my trainer for the past 3 months and I have seen fantastic improvements in my strength. Their class schedule is small, not a lot of instructors.
Not great at all.No help from staff & they complain about everything. Do not recommend for anyone. If I could I would rate this 0 stars.
