Thank you Josh and the rest of the staff at Prescott Area Pet Emergency Hospital for taking care of Bella!!! From the moment I spoke with Josh on the phone, it became very apparent that they care more about the animals than they do about making money. Upon arriving at the hospital, my family was treated with the utmost of professionalism, compassion, and a true sense of caring. All of our treatment options were well explained and there was absolutely no up-selling or pressure to select the most expensive treatment plan. I was very confident in the staff's ability to treat Bella. The staff is very honest and displays a high level of integrity and compassion. Again, thank you for taking such great care of our pup. You made a very difficult situation that much easier.
Sept 8 we brought our Baby Boy Shih Tzu "Bandit" for emergency treatment. Very sick. Not eating. Fever. Dehydrated. Dr cinda Rajkovic diagnosed and treated him. We were sooo pleased with the concern the entire staff showed us and him. We brought him home to maybe die quickly. He is now stable and eating and acting "normal". He will need to be followed up but we felt he got the best treatment and accurate diagnosis. Thanks Tom and Karen
Thank you to all the staff there for the care and compassion they showed my precious Buster. The front desk helped me check in since I was obviously emotional. The technicians and doctor worked with me, and explained everything along the way. I am so grateful for having the ER as as option since the closest ER would have been all the way down in Phoenix! I owe you the stars for giving me my Buster back. Thank you thank you thank you! From my family to yours.
July 18th as we arrived. My precious beloved little critter Tiger Dog passed away in my arms. The staff at pet emergency ran out and took my dearest chiwhawha, the LOVE of my life into the ER tried so every hard to save him, but they could. This is the most horribly painful time of my life deep in my heart, soul, and spirit. Tiger & I were together always and in everything for 14 years 7 months. The staff at pet emergency did all they could for my Dearest Tiger. They were very concerned and kind to me and helped me with all arrangements for my Dearest Tiger honoring him well. I highly recommend pet emergency to anyone for their beloved furry family members. Thank you sincerely.
My dog, Barkley, had eaten an oatmeal raisin cookie, and knowing raisins can be fatal to a dog, I called Prescott Area Pet Emergency Hospital. Everyone I encountered was friendly, caring and professional. I knew Barkley was in good hands from my first phone call to the facility to a call the day after he was treated, checking on his condition. Prescott is fortunate to have a 24 hour facility available for our pets. Thanks to all the staff!
