I have been taking my shirts and dry cleaning to Steve for many years now and am so pleased with his courteous and professional business. My cloths have always been returned on time and in the condition I am expecting. I would not go anywhere else in the Prescott area for cleaning services. I seen you want me to call you to talk about what happened to my wedding dress. What is it you want to talk about? Replacing my dress or compensation for the stress of looking for another one? You answers are automated and even a bit like you don't believe me. My dress was silk draping with many crystals set on it. EVERY PLACE THERE WAS A CRYSTAL I SEEN SNAGS IN THE SILK. I have said I know longer live in the states and I refuse to play your game. I just want other brides to beware.
I tried Artisan Cleaners in February and April 2018, and couldn't be more pleased. The sheets, mattress pads, blankets, and bedspreads were clean, folded, and delivered on time. What more could one want? Count me in as a faithful customer.

The service was quick, the price was half that of another quote, and the drapes arrived beautifully pressed and hung. Highly recommended. Worth the 90 mile round trip.
