Ive brought clothes here on two occasions in which I went to pick up my shirts a day after they were supposed to be done and both times they were not done. Also the shirts i specifically asked to get lint off still had lont on them and some added dog hair. The shirt i needed a stain taken off of still had a stain on it. Not impressed and they charge more than avergae. If i could I would give them 0 stars.
Probably the most unprofessional, and probably even the rudest people I have ever had to deal with when it came to getting some jeans hemmed. I was assured a week ago when I dropped off my jeans that I would get them 5 days after bringing them in. That is the only reason why I brought my jeans to this Colt cleaners because I need them for a trip that I am going on this week. I dropped them off last Monday and I was expecting a call either that Friday or even Saturday. Nothing. I went by on Saturday and they were closed. So I called this Monday (1/23/17), because it had been exactly 7 days since I dropped off my pants. The lady that answered the phone was rude and disrespectful. I asked her if my pants had came in because I was told they would be there by last Friday. She lets out a long sigh as if it's too much of a bother to check on my clothing, and asks what my name is. I tell her and she rudely snaps back and tells me "I don't know when they'll be here, I don't know how far along they are, and I don't know if they're done!" And I said well I was suppose to get them last week and she's replies with "Well they're not in so I don't know!" She asked me if they have my phone number and what is written on my ticket, and I told her they have my number, and it says "will call" on my ticket, but I just wanted to check on the progress. She rudely says "Well if it says 'will call' then we'll call you! Okay?!" I just said fine and hung up. I picked up my pants today (1/24/17), when I went to pay, my card was charged twice, and the lady acted like she had no idea what she was doing. My jeans seem to be fine, but the attitude that was thrown at me was enough for me to say never again. If I had the option to put 0/5 stars I definitely would. I will definitely be finding someone else to take care of my dry cleaning and altering needs.
