Great stay! Not a full star stay as the room had the smell of smokers, so much so that my co workers were amazed that it only took walking into the room. Aired it out while away and it was fine. Cold fridge, good ac, lots of hot water quality shampoo and conditioner....samples. Great free breakfast.
We've been staying here for over 25 years because....the hotel is centrally located for travel to Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley or Sonora. Rooms are spacious, clean and the rooms are quiet, the staff is efficient and courteous. The free buffet breakfast is fresh and has a very good selection. Parking is ample, well lit and a great diner with an expansive menu (The Junction) is almost directly across the street. Downtown Prescott is only a short drive away having great old town shops and varied dining selections. Substantial other dining selections are just up the road in Prescott Valley.
As a business traveler I look for properties that are Clean, Comfy bed, Professional & Friendly Staff. This property is great. I travel with my own pillow but they have comfortable ones as well. Breakfast has something for everyone. A great place to stay and I will be again next time in the area.
Love this area of Prescott. The Prescottonian sits right in the middle of everything, and with a view as well. The staff is very friendly and always smiling at the customers. Breakfasts are a delicious way to wake up and start the day. Biscuits and gravy are so good, had it everyday for the 3 nights we were here.There are plenty of places to eat nearby. The hotel gives you a map of places and things to do. We recommend spending time at the Square exploring the shops and eateries at Whiskey Row.Our favorite was the Prescott Station to eat. Favorite lake is Watson Lake.Adventurous road is Jerome into Prescott!
Me and a friend went up to Prescott to get out of the Phoenix heat for my birthday weekend. This hotel is in a great location close to downtown Prescott as well as Bucky's Casino. Willow and Watson lake were also only about a 15 minute drive from the hotel. Since there is no swimming allowed at the lakes we cooled off at the pool for a while. It was a little small but the way it sat on the property it felt secluded and peaceful. The breakfast was super delicious, I love a good waffle bar! The coffee was great and they offered flavored coffee creamer which is always a plus! The rooms were clean, spacious, and even included a mini fridge. Over all, great place to stay would definitely stay again next time I'm in Prescott.
