This is a nice hotel. It is off the main road, quiet, clean, nice rooms most have a private balcony with scenic views of the surrounding hills and valley. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Also has decent coffee in the lobby, better than some restaurants in the area. It is a great place to stay while in the Prescott area. five stars
I made a reservation for 2 nights. I made it clear to the woman on the desk when I checked in. On the second night they told me I had a reserved only 1 night. I asked how much to just stay the second night, the desk girl quoted me a price that was $30 more. It's obvious to me that this is a shady operation. You make a reservation, they only honor 1 day and Jack-UP the rates for the rest of your stay. You're trapped and have to pay their rate hike, or go elsewhere. I refused to be SWINDLED and went elsewhere and paid more. (On GENERAL PRINCIPLE) I think this is your typical Shady bait-n-switch operation.
The rooms at this facility are quite nice. It was also clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Its location is also a plus well within a large area of retail outlets and food establishments.
I am choosing 4 stars for this hotel due to excellant customer service! We arrived checking into our room which included 2 double beds. My husband and I prefer a king size bed and made this request to the manager. He not only met our request but also upgraded us to a 1 bedroom suite at no extra charge.I also appreciated the cleaning staff working hard to keep the hotel tidy. The breakfast was also tasty!
Nice place. Kind of a modern southwest decor. The rooms are large, fridge is large, pool was chilly... Hot tub was fine
