I read the review by someone who thought the other reviews were fake. This one, for the record, is not. We have stayed at the Pine View twice in the past few summers. It's very quiet and unpretentious. While the rooms are on the small side, the atmosphere here is peaceful and friendly. There's a Safeway within quick walking distance that has a great little Starbucks (also friendly) and all the groceries you need for a little breakfast or whatever. Short drive to town, and a short drive to recreational lakes and hiking. As I write this, I am calling Pine View to make a reservation for our annual weekend stay. We appreciate this modest little place. If you're going to be out and about hiking or going to one of the nearby lakes or whatever, you're not going to be hanging around your room anyway, so who cares if it's not some plush suite? Then again, maybe we're easy to please, and also, maybe, a little kindness on the part of the front desk staff goes a long way. Anyway, we think this place is A-okay.
Hotel close to the Prescott Whiskey Row , and iconic courthouse with shopping center. Staff was friendly. Rooms are good for the price.
Nice clean room and comfortable bed. Bathroom is clean and nice. Needs more easily accessible electric outlets for charging devices.

This place is a joke. The owners are slum lords and there is no way the positive reviews are legit. The rooms are not clean and extremely small. The coolers blow warm air, which makes the rooms uncomfortably hot. There are no telephones and the TV's are prehistoric. The only sink is in the bathroom and the microwaves and refrigerators barely work. Nobody is ever in the office, they say they will fix things that are broken but never show up. They do not have housekeeping, you are responsible for cleaning your room and washing your linens. I stayed over a month, partly because everything else was full and also because I paid in advance and they wouldn't refund any of my money. Motel6 is a giant step up from this place..
