We had a room reservation for four and when we got to the room we had one hand towel. I called the desk and told them the situation. When I went down they had one towel for us. I stood there while more were found. We had a later check in for our fourth person. I gave her name at the desk. When she arrived they handed her the key without checking her ID. This is the third time we have stayed at the hotel. August 2016 we had a great room and no issues. Last year we only had sheets and the thin coverletno blankets and only two full sets of towels despite having a reservation for three. This year was the last straw. We are actively warning people to avoid the hotel at this point due to the declining conditions.
Very polite and friendly staff, location is great close to restaurant and stores etc. Price was good even for last minute booking(trip). The rooms needs more cleanliness, towel and sheets had black stains. It lacked cleanliness for that reason I gave them a 2 star. I have stayed here previously and it was always clean.
One of the few motels left that will allow dogs so they got a star for that. However I requested a non-smoking room and my room rate of cigarettes plus it had an ashtray so I'm pretty sure I got a smoking room. I was also the unlucky winner of rowdy neighbors who decided to come back to their room at 2 a.m. and hang out for a while. What can I say it's a Motel 6.
Front desk staff both very nice. We stayed multiple days and received a call from housekeeping asking if we needed anything. Reasonable price. Love it that they are a pet friendly location.
The room was clean. Some stains on one of the bedspreads. The "pass through door to next room" not well insulated. Shower nice, though a bit more pressure would have been nice. Bed comfortable. Very much enjoyed to pool. I was surprised that there was only soap provided. Never stayed before anywhere that didn't have shampoo also. Staff very nice and friendly.Location good and was very happy to have the restaurant right next door.
