The place is quite modern for Prescott. The woman at the front desk was helpful and was very friendly, the room was clean just like the rest of the place. I actually enjoyed my stay. And, it's really close to shops, accessable to the main roads, and is only a few blocks from down town which is really nice because I can easily walk there. Good job, y'all.
Perfect location to enjoy Whiskey row. Beds are comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was very nice. Sitting area outside is completely cozy with fire pit.
My family and I have stayed here every year for the past eight years for the Prescott Indian art market. This year is the first time we have been disappointed with our stay. When my husband was checking in, the lady at the front desk was not at all pleasant. She said we were lucky to be getting two queens even though we had reservations two months in advance. She asked if we needed extra towels since there were four of us and only three towels in the room. I replied yes and she asked how many more and I asked for 3 more so that my daughter and I could have hair towels. She was clearly mad at the request and tried to argue with me that there were already 3 in the room and why do I need three more. I explained 1 for each person and a hair towel for myself and daughter. She reluctantly went in the back to grab them and then shoved them at me. We then went to our very stinky musty room. It was gross. We decided to open the windows and air it out rather than deal with the only person working at the front on Friday evening. Luckily it worked and the smell didn't return the remainder of our stay. Unfortunately though it wasn't just our family who had issues this weekend. We had heard from others staying for the art show that had similar stories about checking in and room issues. We always enjoy our stay here but not this time.
Very clean and comfortable rooms. Nicely decorated lobby. Fun indoor saltwater pool with doors opening onto a lovely patio. Included breakfast is full of variety and quite good. We enjoyed our stay very much.
Always a pleasure staying here! We visited the weekend the Scottish Highland Games were going on and the management staff are just awesome! The rooms are are spacious and clean. The Continental Breakfast that comes with staying there is huge! Lots of food to choose from! There is a ginormous fireplace in the lobby that really adds to the ambience! We try to always stay here every time we visit Prescott! We highly recommend it!
